Eliana Raggio is a veteran of the United States Navy, having served honorably during the Gulf War, and now oversees all aspects of company affairs and operations for Raggio Homes, LLC Leading the company’s growth plan, she is focused, versatile, detail-oriented and heads up the company’s management foundation. As the CEO of Raggio Group, her strategic vision for success includes a strong emphasis on integrity, technology, employee development and customer service. Eliana first found her love for construction as an executive for an exclusive custom home builder on the prestigious Main Line in Philadelphia. Since then, she and her husband spent over a decade successfully rehabbing and flipping properties throughout New Jersey in a down market. This then lead to buying renovating and renting properties throughout New Jersey and subsequently breaking into the Pennsylvania market as well. Eliana now focuses her efforts on purchasing, selling, leasing, construction and property management.
