As a 3rd generation construction tradesman and General Contractor, Michael Raggio has extensive management, technical, and trade knowledge in the construction industry. Mike has been given organizational management responsibilities for numerous successful Construction Management and General Contracting assignments spanning nearly 2 decades. As President of Raggio Group, he is responsible for managing the estimating department, negotiating and executing builder/vendor contracts, and reviewing financials and budget projections. His extensive career has given Mike the ability to understand all aspects of the construction process, from both field and management perspectives, and then effortlessly apply that knowledge to lead a safe, productive, quality-driven workforce. His expertise is invaluable when launching new construction and modernization programs and projects. Mike has earned the confidence of clients, engineers, and other professionals in the industry for his pragmatic approach to program development, individual projects, and the overall construction process. Mike earned his degrees in Business Management and Marketing from The School of Business at Rutgers University and maintains a stellar reputation for integrity, and an unwavering commitment to achieving our clients’ goals.
